Our Rules and Regulations for Pets.

• We do not allow pets in Kingfisher or Nightingale at any time.

• Pets are only accepted if previously booked with us in advance. (This includes the pets of any guests you may have)

• Pets are charged at £25 (Swallow) - £35 (Robins Nest) per pet per week or any part of a week.

• Pets are NOT permitted on furniture or beds.

• Pets must NOT be left unattended in the cottage at any time.

• Pets must be kept on a lead within our grounds.

• If your pet causes a nuisance to other people staying in the cottages, you must permanently remove it from the site.

• YOU are liable for any damage done by your pet during your stay.

• YOU are responsible for clearing up any fouling of the grounds.

• YOU must make every effort to remove evidence of the pets before you leave the cottage.

• We reserve the right to terminate a booking at any point if these rules are broken.

These all sound very heavy handed but due to a small number of inconsiderate dog owners we have to lay down some basic standards. We have dogs ourselves and have found most owners are very responsible - but some are not.
